We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruiting team. In this role, you will be a key member of a high-performing team, sourcing and recruiting talented candidates, while utilizing professional tools and skills to identify and attract top talent. You will lead E2E recruiting processes and partner with the hiring managers to attract the best talents to DriveNets.

• Creatively source candidates using diverse online channels to discover the best potential talents.
• Conduct HR interview, convey your feedback about the cultural and personal match.
• Ensure the best candidate experience
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  
  

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for Hi-tech companies or leading agencies
• Proven experience working and partnering with hiring managers, colleagues, and candidates.
• BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, other related fields, or an equivalent work experience
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of English
• Can-do approach
