Financial Controller

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Controller to provide professional support and guidance to a team of bookkeepers and a Payroll Controller. In this role, you will manage and oversee control, finance, and reporting activities, ensuring the implementation of effective working procedures across all group entities and departments.

As a financial controller you will:

Own the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual closing procedures including preparing required financial statements and tax filings and ongoing interactions with external accountants for our subsidiaries.

Work with local accountants to ensure compliance with local tax and statutory requirements.

Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements.

Work with the company's external auditors and other consultants during annual audits and ongoing issues as needed.

Perform regular reviews and analyses to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data for all Company’s entities.

Take responsibility for the AR invoicing process with the assistance of the corporate AR team including managing collection from customers.

Assist to bookkeepers with AP review including vendors invoicing check and analysis

Work closely with the corporate control team

Manage day-to-day finance accounting activities and ad-hock finance projects.

Requirements:

1-2 Years of experience as an assistant controller.

CPA, Big 5 graduate- a must.

Fluent English and Hebrew (speaking and writing)- a must.

Experience working for a global company is a big advantage.

Leadership experience- a must

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Oracle ERP systems- big advantage.
