So, What is the role about?

As the Director, Business Applications Corporate services you will be leading a newly formed group within our Corporate Services Organization. This group is the cornerstone in Nice’s Business Application Support infrastructure. This group is comprised of finance, accounting and business professionals that will work closely with the Corporate IT application group and our finance, accounting, FP&A and procurement groups. With a new ERP system in place and a roadmap for additional future implementations, the person leading the group will have the opportunity to design, manage and enhance our business applications

How Do you make an impact?

• Designing and implementing processes around our ERP and related systems, collecting business requirements and information around gaps and defects
• Be the Trail Blazer around the process for new ERP releases and system enhancements
• Drive and foster cross functional collaboration between IT and other corporate finance groups
• Ensure adherence to BKM’s, Out of Box functionality and system and process optimization
• Support key processes around period close, SEC filing, budget and FP&A analysis, including dashboards and advance reporting
• Support future system and application adoption and implementation
  
  

Have you got what it takes?

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in system and application implementation and management
• Ability to manage a team of 3 to 5 individuals
• Accounting and Finance background (CPA is preferred)
• Experience with Cloud base ERP and other systems and application like Oracle cloud, Workday and SAP
• Knowledge in Quote-2-Cash Processes and systems
• Ability to partner and bring together different team, with focus on speed, simplicity and decision optimization
