Analysis Manager

A leading financial organization is looking for an Analysis Manager. This role is responsible for data analysis and generating business reports to support strategic decision-making within the organization. It involves creating performance metrics and supporting analytics, utilizing advanced forecasting models, and leveraging technological tools for real-time data collection, analysis, and presentation. The position includes managing a team of analysts, enhancing organizational processes, and driving the development of automated solutions to improve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide real-time business insights.

Analyze performance data and business trends to support data-driven decision-making.

Develop and implement advanced forecasting models to identify trends and optimize processes.

Manage and lead a team of analysts, fostering professional growth and motivating them to achieve organizational goals.

Utilize data analysis to identify organizational trends, improve processes, and develop automated solutions.

Conduct HR data analysis, including recruitment, turnover, productivity, attendance, and other HR metrics, to support strategic decision-making and process improvement.

Requirements:

A relevant academic degree (Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields).

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.

Experience managing an analytics team.

Familiarity with HR analytics – a significant advantage.

Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, and Excel.

Experience with Machine Learning models and dashboard development tools – an advantage.

Expertise in working with large and complex data sets from diverse systems.

Strong ability to present data-driven insights clearly and effectively to senior management.

Demonstrated experience in cross-organizational project management and the ability to implement innovative solutions.
