Senior System Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join a fast-growing software company working on innovative digital products. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for clients, gathering business requirements, defining digital processes, writing high-level functional specifications, and managing basic project tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Gather business requirements, ensure clear communication with clients, and translate their needs into technical solutions.
• Lead client meetings with a consultative approach, asking the right questions to understand requirements and ensure alignment.
• Define and document functional specifications for digital products and services.
• Lead complex analysis processes and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical needs are met.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, primarily with digital products.
• Proven experience in writing functional specifications and performing complex analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to analyze databases.
• UI/UX knowledge is a significant advantage (but not required).
• Familiarity with basic project management practices.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and teams.
