Responsibilities:

Modern Workplace Solutions (Microsoft 365):

 Deployment, configuration, and management of Microsoft 365 Business

Premium services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and

SharePoint.

 Leading device management and compliance efforts using Microsoft

Intune.

 Implementation of Conditional Access policies and ensuring secure

identity and access management with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD).

Microsoft Defender Security System:

 Deployment, configuration, and management of Microsoft Defender for

Endpoint for threat detection, investigation, and response on endpoints.

 Implementation of Microsoft Defender for Office 365 to protect against

phishing, malware, and other advanced threats in emails and

collaboration tools.

 Leveraging Microsoft Defender for Identity to detect suspicious activities

in hybrid environments.

 Utilizing Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps to protect and manage SaaS

applications while adhering to regulations and ensuring secure

collaboration.

Microsoft Purview Compliance Solutions:

 Deployment and management of Purview tools to assist organizations in

meeting regulatory requirements and protecting sensitive information.

 Implementation of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies in emails, Teams,

SharePoint, and OneDrive to prevent unauthorized sharing of sensitive

information.

 Defining insider risk management to identify and handle potential security

incidents or misuse by employees.

 Using Microsoft Purview Information Protection for classifying, tagging,

and encrypting sensitive data.

 Performing eDiscovery and audit logging to support legal investigations

and compliance.

Security and Management:

 Establishing and enforcing compliance policies and security baselines

using Microsoft Intune.

 Implementing and managing a Local Administrator Password Solution

(LAPS) to improve endpoint security.

 Collaborating with clients to design security architectures based on the

Zero Trust model according to their needs.

Client Engagement and Training:

 Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their requirements,

and providing customized solutions.

 Training clients and internal teams on best practices for using Microsoft

solutions for security, compliance, and modern work.

 Conducting regular reviews of implemented solutions to improve

performance and adapt to changing needs.

Team Collaboration:

 Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to solve technical

problems and develop innovative solutions.

 Contributing to team growth by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior

team members.

Technical Skills:

Core Expertise:

 In-depth understanding of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure Virtual

Desktop (AVD).

 Advanced knowledge of the Defender Suite, including Defender for

Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, and Cloud Apps.

 Proficiency with Microsoft Purview tools for compliance and data

protection, including DLP and insider risk management.

 Practical experience with Azure AD Conditional Access policies and

implementation of Zero Trust models.

Security and Compliance Specialization:

 Experience in threat detection, response, and security management using

Microsoft tools.

 Expertise in classifying, tagging, and encrypting data using Microsoft

Purview Information Protection.

Additional Skills (Advantageous):

 Experience migrating mailboxes and workloads from on-premises

Exchange environments to Exchange Online, including hybrid

deployments.

 Experience using Microsoft Sentinel for Security Information and Event

Management (SIEM).

 Knowledge of hybrid identity configurations such as Azure AD Connect

and ADFS.

Soft Skills:

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on root

cause analysis and solution delivery.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-

paced environment.
