Operational Manager for Frontline Therapeutic Services for Residents of the Western Galilee

The CSPC nonprofit organization works to strengthen the personal and social resilience of Israel's population through preparation, intervention, treatment, and rehabilitation. The organization focuses primarily on developing community resilience, trauma management, and emergency preparedness.

Today, CSPC is the largest organization in Northern Israel for trauma treatment, developing and teaching therapeutic methods, and operating the Resilience Center in the Western and Eastern Galilee.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall operational management of the clinical system, which provides focused interventions for anxiety crises.
• Managing a team of treatment coordinators, maintaining consistent communication, providing guidance, and leading weekly staff meetings.
• Administrative oversight of the resilience team.
• Collecting and analyzing data to improve services and enhance client experiences.
• Preparing analytical reports, implementing, and establishing new therapeutic services.
• Coordinating between operational and professional entities.
• Integrating technological systems and updating operational procedures as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Immediate availability, full-time position, and mobility (independent commute to the organization’s office in Kiryat Shmona).
• A bachelor’s degree in one of the therapeutic professions (social work, psychology, art therapy, etc.) – mandatory.
• A master’s degree in therapy or prior experience in a therapeutic setting – an advantage.
• Proven experience in team management – mandatory.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure, demonstrate creativity, and maintain excellent interpersonal skills.
