Key Responsibilities
Creative Social Media & Content Strategy

• Craft energetic and compelling social media posts that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience.
• Develop innovative content strategies that support our broader marketing initiatives and drive engagement across multiple social media platforms.
  

Website Content Management

• Maintain and regularly update the website with fresh, relevant content that aligns with marketing campaigns, product updates, and emerging industry trends.
• Optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility, increase organic traffic, and improve overall web performance.
  

Collaboration with Design & Marketing Teams

• Partner with the design team to create marketing materials such as brochures, web banners, and other visual assets that effectively communicate our messaging.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product marketing teams to align content strategies with business goals and campaigns.
  

Knowledge Management & Distribution

• Oversee the organization and distribution of marketing assets across the company, ensuring easy access for all teams.
• Manage the knowledge-sharing process, keeping all marketing materials up to date and in line with evolving strategies.
  

Requirements

• Native English proficiency with proven writing and editing skills—attention to detail is key.
• Strong hands-on experience in content creation, including though leadership materials, social media posts and scriptwriting for video clips.
• At least 5 years Experience in B2B marketing and marcom within a global company, demonstrating a strong grasp of branding and messaging strategies.
• Expertise in managing social media accounts, staying current with trends and best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously—self-motivated and proactive.
• A creative thinker with a keen eye for developing impactful copy and slogans.
• Proven leadership and teamwork skills—comfortable collaborating with colleagues at all levels and external vendors.
• A strategic mindset with a solid understanding of the intersection between marketing and sales.
