A company is looking for an experienced Product Director to take full ownership of the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) product. This is a high-impact role that combines strategy, innovation, and execution to deliver a best-in-class MDR solution.

This position involves working across multiple disciplines to ensure the success of the MDR offering. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, driving the product roadmap, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the MDR product, managing it through its entire lifecycle from ideation to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Shape the product strategy and roadmap, incorporating customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives to deliver impactful solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, leveraging AI, research, and managed service capabilities alongside traditional product management practices.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs and communicate the value of the MDR offering.
• Actively contribute to the design and optimization of customer journeys, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Play a key role in go-to-market strategies, supporting outbound efforts in coordination with sales and marketing teams.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in cybersecurity, preferably with expertise in MDR, ADR, or EDR.
• A proven ability to deliver innovative solutions while working in cross-functional environments.
• Experience with AI-driven products and managed service operations is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions that align with strategic goals.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• A technical background, such as a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, is an advantage but not a requirement.
