Our client, a fast-growing EdTech company offering solutions to both B2C and B2B segments, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels, with a focus on driving user acquisition and engagement. This position also encompasses traditional marketing activities, such as event preparation and managing marketing collateral.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to reach and engage various target audiences (B2C and B2B).
Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overarching business goals and objectives.
2. Online Acquisition Channels
Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads to maximize ROI.
Conduct ongoing performance analysis, A/B testing, and budget management to continually refine campaigns.
3. Customer Journey & Email Marketing
Design and execute end-to-end customer journeys that nurture prospects and existing customers through the sales funnel.
Oversee email marketing initiatives—segmentation, automation, and personalization—to boost engagement, retention, and conversions.
4. Cross-Functional & Traditional Marketing
Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to develop marketing collateral and event materials.
Coordinate traditional marketing activities, including event planning, sponsorships, and brand presence at industry conferences or trade shows.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze key metrics (click-through rate, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, etc.) to drive informed decision-making.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance and optimization opportunities.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in EdTech or a related industry.
• Proven success with online acquisition channels—particularly Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Hands-on experience in email marketing, including campaign setup, segmentation, and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo).
• Understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating compelling marketing collateral and event materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with B2C and B2B marketing strategies is highly desirable.
