Customer Support Specialist - 100% Remote

As a Support Specialist, you will provide professional support to our B2B customers, helping them resolve issues and get the most out of our services.

*Who Are We?

We are a SaaS company that provides a marketing automation platform for businesses.

We are working 100% Remotely.

Full-time job, Sunday-Thursday, 9:00-18:00.

*Responsibilities:

  • Support customers via phone, video meetings (Shared screen), and email.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets dealing with our software.

*Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B Customer Success, Support, or Service in a SaaS company (mandatory).
  • Experience providing customer support via phone, video meetings (with screen sharing), and email.
  • Fluent in both Hebrew and English.
