Senior Product Designer, UX-UI

We’re looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX & Product Designer to join our team! With dynamic management tools and expert coordination, Cytactic ensures that responses to cyber crisis are both efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create user-centric interfaces that are intuitive and visually appealing.
• Build interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to turn requirements into functional and engaging designs.
• Manage and improve the existing design system's patterns, components, and guidelines to ensure consistency across the platform and support its growth.
• Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously enhance the user experience.
• Analyze user behavior to suggest improvements and contribute ideas for new features that align with the product's goals.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design. Holistic perspective - mandatory.
• 1+ years of experience in a small startup and 2+ years of designing cyber security products - an advantage.
• Experience with b2b and b2b2b products.
• Possess and be able to present a strong portfolio of past designs that showcases your skills. 
• Sense of ownership – lead projects from A to Z.
• Willingness to work in a dynamically changing environment and produce prototypes rapidly.
• Proficiency in Figma- mandatory.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and turning user feedback into practical design improvements.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a practical approach to handling design challenges.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills for explaining design choices and gathering feedback.
• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field - an advantage.
