Bookkeeper

We’re seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our finance team. If you have a strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and experience in managing bookkeeping tasks, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP), including balances and payments
• Oversee the reconciliation of accounts, including Purchase Orders, posting, and payment cycles, ensuring timely payments
• Monitor budget vs. actual in AP aspect
• Prepare accruals and prepayment transactions
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Manage fixed assets registration
• Support annual and quarterly audits
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties and special projects
• The position requires a work model of one 1 working from home and 4 days working from the office.

Requirement

• Certified Bookkeeper (Type 1+2)
• At least 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper (experience in hi-tech companies is an advantages
• Strong MS Office skills, with proficiency in Excel
• Excellent English proficiency
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus
