Open Position: Global Marketing Communications & Sustainability Manager

Want to change the way the world drinks? We’re looking for a super-talented Global Marketing Communications & Sustainability Manager to join our International Marketing team at SodaStream HQ in Kfar Saba, reporting to the Head of Global Marcom & PR.
This position plays a key role in the development of the SodaStream brand.
The Global Marketing Communications & Sustainability Manager will drive the global brand calendar and initiatives through all functions, internally and externally, and oversee sustainability initiatives, communications, and product development strategies.
What will your workday look like?
- Develop and drive communication plans to deliver on brand and business KPIs
- Oversee the implementation, launch, and ongoing activation of all global brand projects in line with brand strategy.
- Lead our sustainability agenda forward, influencing both internal strategies and external communications on a global scale.
- Coordinate with multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
- Administer marketing working budgets efficiently.
- Be the project lead, initiate and coordinate all functions to deliver according to brand & sustainability strategy.
- Ensure global guidelines and strategy are upheld during all global execution of the brand activation.
- Conduct regular analysis of the performance of key campaigns.
- Lead and collaborate with the insights team to initiate research and testing that supports creative development and brand strategy.
- Guide and mentor your team
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar experience
- Minimum 5 years of Marketing, communication, and digital experience
- Consumer-focused brand builder and implementation, and solution-driven personality Experience in global and or CPG brand management, (advantage)
- Excellent English. (Native speakers, advantage)
- Passion for ideas, digital and creative
- Strong project management skills
