We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team.

About the position:

As Legal Counsel, you’ll tackle a diverse range of legal challenges in a fast-paced and ever-evolving field. You’ll provide strategic legal advice on licensing, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and commercial agreements, partnering closely with our talented teams while ensuring adherence to international legal standards. Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial agreements, including licensing, reseller, vendor, and intellectual property agreements.
• Provide day-to-day legal counsel to internal and global business teams on diverse legal and regulatory matters.
• Communicate complex legal issues in clear and practical terms to non-legal stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and legal requirements.
• Identify legal risks associated with new and existing products, features, and go-to-market initiatives, providing practical guidance and mitigation strategies.
• Support the application process for gaming licenses in various jurisdictions, including preparing documentation, liaising with regulators, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, legal developments, and best practices, with a focus on the iGaming industry and its evolving regulatory landscape.
  
  

• Education & Certification:
• LLB degree in law from a leading academic institution.
• Licensed to practice law in Israel.
• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience as a lawyer in a high-tech department of a prominent law firm or a legal department of a technology-focused company.
• Familiarity with privacy laws, including GDPR compliance - advantage.
• Background in gaming industry regulatory requirements, including gaming licensing - advantage.
• Skills & Expertise:
• Strong legal and business judgment, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters in a dynamic environment.
• Strong negotiation skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English & Hebrew (native or near-native level).
