Advocate Growth Manager

As part of our exciting growth, we are seeking an Advocate Growth Manager / Ambassador Program Manager to design, build, and scale a comprehensive ambassador and advocate program. This role is critical in fostering a network of passionate individuals who champion our brand, refer leads, and create collaborative opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable global advocacy and ambassador strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Develop processes, tools, and workflows to ensure the program is efficient and scalable.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard ambassadors and advocates, including executives, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
• Build and deliver resources, training programs, and tools to empower advocates to effectively represent Papaya Global and refer leads.
• Conduct demos of the product to ambassadors to showcase its value and capabilities.
• Collaborate with ambassadors and advocates to identify and nurture potential leads, referrals, and partnership opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to seamlessly integrate advocate-driven referrals into the sales pipeline.
• Maintain strong relationships with ambassadors, ensuring continuous engagement and alignment with program goals.
• Track and analyze program performance metrics and KPIs, such as referrals, conversions, and advocate engagement rates.
• Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve the program’s efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align advocacy initiatives with broader business goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the program.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in managing advocacy, ambassador, or referral programs, including sales or business development experience.
• Technical proficiency to explain the product and deliver effective demos.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with experience working with senior executives or industry leaders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure performance and improve outcomes.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, referral tools, and marketing automation platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Native English speaker or fluent proficiency.
