SEO Specialist - Join Our Marketing Team at MoreVision

We’re on the hunt for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you’ll take charge of driving our search engine visibility, increasing website traffic, and enhancing user engagement. You’ll own keyword strategies, content optimization, and performance monitoring to elevate our digital presence.

Your Responsibilities

• Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct ongoing keyword research and identify new opportunities using both traditional SEO and AEO methodologies.

• Content Leadership: Develop and lead comprehensive content strategies for assigned domains.

• On-Page Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance inner-page conversion rates and ensure optimal on-page SEO.

• Backlink Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage a robust backlink strategy to improve domain authority and search rankings.

• Link Building: Expand and innovate our outreach and link-building efforts to grow domain authority.

• Performance Monitoring: Track, evaluate, and report on site performance and search results using industry tools.

• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on SEO trends and propose innovative solutions to meet team goals.

• Project Management: Launch and manage special initiatives that align with the organic search team’s objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Language Proficiency: Fluent English; additional languages are a bonus.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience (B2B experience is a strong advantage).

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMRush.

• Strong technical SEO expertise and the ability to work with development teams to implement best practices.

• Deep knowledge of WordPress, including multi-language content management (WPML).

• Familiarity with HTML and JavaScript (experience with CRO is a plus).

• SEO Expertise: A deep understanding of search engine algorithms, best practices, and how to achieve measurable impact.

• Strategic Thinking: A creative and analytical mindset to devise and implement effective strategies.
