Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Lezel in Givat Shaul, Jerusalem. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, product development, tech development, creative solutions to user interfaces, and data + AI integration in products. The role involves collaborating with other departments to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the vaping or cannabis industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Coding knowledge is a plus
