Back Office Employee

As a member of our dynamic operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products while contributing to our mission to transform the future of nutrition.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage raw material procurement processes with a hands-on approach.
• Negotiate rates and orders with suppliers, manufacturers, and transportation providers.
• Oversee inventory, warehousing, and transportation processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in procurement planning.
• Manage ERP processes, including inventory, reporting, and light manufacturing (BOM).
• Coordinate international transportation for raw materials, samples, and finished goods.
• Collaborate with logistics teams across the U.S. and other global locations to streamline operations.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Execute additional operational tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in ERP systems, with a strong preference for NetSuite (Oracle as a secondary).
• 3–5 years of experience in international logistics or transportation, especially North America.
• Solid understanding of supply chain finance and related processes.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-driven mindset.
• Leadership experience in a startup environment, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
• Commitment to meeting deadlines and a willingness to dedicate extra effort when needed.
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
