Tnuva’s Technology & Data Division is seeking a Head of Innovation & Digital to lead exciting projects in the world of AI, digital solutions, and open innovation. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of technological advancements, working closely with diverse business units to identify challenges, map needs, and deliver cutting-edge solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Lead innovation and digital transformation initiatives within the Technology & Data Division

Identify on-the-ground challenges and develop AI-based solutions

Collaborate with business units to understand processes and map technological needs

Track technological trends and scout innovative solutions tailored to Tnuva’s environment

Oversee work plans for implementing new technologies and innovations

Manage the full lifecycle of digital solution implementation—initiation, specification, development, testing, and rollout

Work in an open innovation methodology with startups and tech partners

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering/Computer Science).

6+ years of experience in IT and project management.

Ability to balance technological constraints with business needs in a dynamic environment

Experience working with manufacturing or food industries – Significant Advantage

Proven track record in managing technological projects as part of an innovation team.

Familiarity with digital solutions in industrial settings and B2B2C environments.

Strong grasp of advanced technologies, digital products, and relevant ecosystems.

Passion for technology, proactiveness, creativity, and innovation.

Self-driven with a high capacity for learning new technologies independently.

Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.

Excellent service orientation, multitasking, and the ability to perform under pressure.
