Digital Project Manager for a Leading Financial Company in Central Israel

Job Description:

• Leading end-to-end project management, from the planning and solution definition stages to production deployment and implementation, including timelines, budget, scope, change management, and regular status reporting.
• Responsibility for specification, definition, analysis, and creating High-Level Design.
• Identifying and adapting technological solutions to meet project needs.
• Integrative management of the project, working with business clients, vendors, development teams, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or relevant education in project management.
• At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale digital projects (WEB/MOBILE).
• Strong understanding of digital architecture and tools – mandatory.
• Proven experience working with vendors.
• Experience in matrix management of employees and processes – mandatory.
• Familiarity with cloud environments – a significant advantage.
• Experience in development or systems analysis – an advantage.
• Experience working according to the Agile methodology – an advantage.
• Experience working with IT infrastructure.
