Java Software Engineer

A high-tech company specializing in web data extraction and processing has developed a B2B SaaS platform that enables content collection without requiring technological development, coding, or hardware purchases by the client. Their platform serves over 300 paying customers worldwide, primarily in the US and EMEA, including companies in internet monitoring, data analysis, and cybersecurity.

The company is based in central Israel, operates a hybrid work model with two work-from-home days, and has 60 employees, including 25 in R&D. The company is fully self-sufficient and not reliant on external investments.

Key Responsibilities-

• Be part of a collaborative team developing in Java.
• Work on high-scale systems using message brokers.
• Operate within an AWS and Linux environment.

Requirements-

• 3 years of experience in JAVA development with Spring Boot framework
• Experience with message brokers for data transfer (RMQ, pulsar)
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (Elasticsearch, TiDB, Galera)
• Experience with LINUX
• Experience working in a public cloud environment
• Experience working with Agile methodology
• Experience working on high-scale, production-grade projects using Microservices
• Deep knowledge of the web, internet structure, and understanding of data pipelines
• Good collaboration and communication skills, also in English
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
