This product enhances visibility across various tools, facilitates access to information, supports investigation management, and leverages ML algorithms. It also includes sophisticated alert mechanisms for critical events.
The company is building a platform for developers and DevOps professionals, currently offering 10 products with plans to expand to 14, including a new security product focused on monitoring cyber events.
Located near a train station, the company operates on a hybrid work model with two remote workdays per week. It has a global workforce of 330 employees, with 140 based in Israel.
The company handles high-scale data, monitoring over 3 million events per second, and serves over 2,000 paying customers worldwide, including large, well-known corporations.

Role Overview-
- Manage a team of 5 DevOps engineers, reporting to the Group Leader.
- Focus exclusively on Kubernetes and Kafka.
- Programming in Python and Go.
- Role includes both hands-on and management responsibilities.
- Actively participate in defining and implementing the DevOps cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) roadmap.
- Work in high-scale environments - Coralogix data pipeline processes 55Tb of data each day.
- Take full ownership of Kubernetes-based environments.
- Impact and take an active part in the platform roadmap the Platform is a product designed for engineers.
- Give back to the community - speak at conferences, write blogs. Contribute to open-source projects and release new open-source software.
Requirements-
- 2 years of experience in managing a team of DevOps.
- 5 years of experience as hands-on in a large-scale environment.
- Vast knowledge in managing Kubernetes.
- Experience working on Production environments, taking into consideration customer uptime, disaster recovery plans & incident troubleshooting.
- Strong track record of working with one of the major cloud providers - AWS, GCP, or Azure.
