Network Operations Center

💎 We are looking for a skilled NOC to join our team in Petah Tikva. This role involves the operation and monitoring of enterprise IT systems on a 24/6 shift basis. The position includes fault detection, issue classification, and managing resolutions or escalating to relevant teams, ensuring the successful handling of incidents from start to finish💎

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor enterprise IT systems on a 24/6 shift schedule
• Identify and classify faults within monitoring systems, assessing the issue's impact and scope
• Provide initial resolutions or escalate issues to the appropriate teams
• Manage incidents end-to-end, ensuring final approval is achieved

Requirement

• At least 2 years of experience in a NOC or System team – Must
• Experience working in a large organization (hundreds of users or more) – Must
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems – Must
• Knowledge of communication protocols – Must
• Familiarity with: VMware, Active Directory, Citrix, Linux, cloud services, and databases
• Hands-on experience with monitoring systems and systemic fault analysis
• Experience with log analysis
• Strong motivation to grow and develop in the IT field
