Head of ABAP and SAP system development team for a leading organization!

Leading the development team in the SAP system, including daily management of programmers, and providing technical solutions to complex challenges in a large financial institution.

Responsibility for planning and execution and implementation of new projects, upgrades in SAP systems

Working closely with the implementation teams, Basis and internal users to characterize, plan and develop appropriate solutions.

Performing code control and ensuring development quality, improving team performance, adhering to schedules and organizational standards in accordance with the organization's goals.

Operating subcontractors, and managing correct and effective prioritization.

Working in the Agile work method is an advantage that includes agile management routines and organizational tools

5 years of experience in ABAP development in an SAP environment, with modules such as FI, MM, HR, BP is preferred for financial institutions, previous experience in team management.

Knowledge and understanding of business processes and their proper integration into SAP systems

Familiarity with tools such as SAP UI5 or BW

Knowledge and experience in the world of interfaces such as PI or PO

Ability to work under pressure, during busy hours and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to motivate a team and lead. Skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously, high independent learning ability required.

A graduate in Computer Science / Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Information Systems from a recognized institution / advanced courses in Information Systems.

High level of English
