Tech Lead - Frontend Developer

We are seeking an experienced front-end developer with strong expertise in web technologies to

take on a technical lead role in building and evolving our entire web infrastructure. In this position,

you will define and implement software solutions for various services and algorithms, playing a key

role in shaping the architecture and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of our

applications.

Key responsibilities:

● Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.

● Architect and build scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications.

● Work closely with product managers, team leads, and stakeholders to transform business

requirements into technical specifications.

● Offer hands-on technical guidance and mentorship, promoting continuous learning and

development.

● Conduct code reviews, uphold code quality, and enforce best practices.

● Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into our

development practices where relevant.

Required:

● Advanced proficiency (8+ year) in frontend development

● Strong foundation in core web technologies with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)

● Knowledge with Vue.js and its ecosystem (Vue Router, Vuex).

● Responsive Design: Ability to create friendly, responsive layouts, pixel perfect.

● API Integration: Experience with RESTful services and handling JSON data.

● Testing: Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).

● Build Tools: Experience with parcel or similar build tools.

● Component-Based Architecture: Knowledge of reusable components.

● BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering - Advantage.

● Strong team player, agile, with good communication skills, both written and verbal.

● A “Get things done” attitude.
