Head of Professional Services

We’re looking for a Head of Professional Services to lead our company’s PS in delivering cutting-edge identity and access management (IAM) solutions, with a strong focus on Okta. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to design and implement IAM, cybersecurity, and SaaS management solutions. This position combines technical expertise, project management skills, and a client-centric approach to ensure outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the company’s Professional Services, driving successful client engagements and delivering outstanding outcomes.
• Consult with clients to design, implement, and optimize their IAM solutions and frameworks, offering strategic guidance on adopting and integrating new IAM technologies, with a strong focus on Okta and related solutions.
• Deploy and integrate SaaS management tools and cybersecurity solutions into client environments to improve operational efficiency and security.
• Serve as the primary technical expert and advisor to clients throughout project lifecycles, ensuring delivery of best-in-class IAM services.
• Stay updated on industry trends to bring innovative ideas and continuously enhance service offerings.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of proven experience with Okta and other IAM platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of Okta features, including SSO, MFA, Universal Directory, and Adaptive Authentication.
• Strong proficiency in identity governance and automated provisioning workflows.
• In-depth understanding of IAM principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience integrating Okta with cloud applications, on-premises systems, and directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
• Solid knowledge of SaaS management tools and cybersecurity solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Strong project management abilities and client-focused communication expertise.
• Relevant certifications, such as Okta Certified Professional/Administrator (preferred); other IAM or cybersecurity certifications are a significant plus.
