Bookkeeper- 80% Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Credit Card Management: Recording and generating expense reports for company credit cards (Leumi).
• Fixed Assets: Recording and depreciation of fixed assets.
• Petty Cash: Managing petty cash records and related expenses.
• Supplier Reconciliations: Performing reconciliations with suppliers and processing domestic and international invoices.
• VAT Reports: Preparing and submitting VAT reports and reconciliations to tax authorities.

Job Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience as a bookkeeper, including credit card management, fixed assets, and supplier reconciliations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with Priority is an advantage) and Excel.
• Experience with invoice processing and reporting to tax authorities.
