**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Hotels Sales Agent to join our team and enhance our presence in the Israeli market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies and tour operators across Israel, ensuring our hotel is the preferred choice for their clientele.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Market Development:**
- Identify and target key travel agencies and tour operators in Israel to promote our hotel offerings.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of Israeli travelers.

2. **Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with travel agency representatives and tour operators.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all sales inquiries and support requests from partners.

3. **Contract Negotiation:**
- Negotiate and secure contracts with tour operators for the upcoming season, ensuring competitive rates and favorable terms for our hotel.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop attractive packages and promotions tailored to the Israeli market.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the Israeli travel market and its key players.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hebrew is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
