Transfer Pricing Operations Specialist

The Transfer Pricing Operations (TPO) Specialist plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing ADAMA's global transfer pricing operations, ensuring alignment with the group’s policies and tax strategies. Reporting directly to the Global Transfer Pricing Director, you will help drive transition from manual processes to a fully automated global transfer pricing solution, ensuring data integrity, process optimization, and seamless integration of new technologies. This role provides a unique opportunity to blend finance operations with technology implementation, creating efficiencies, driving compliance, and expanding knowledge in tax strategies. While you may not have transfer pricing experience, if you have experience in finance operations, economics, or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), and enjoy improving processes and working with technology, this role could still be a strong fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Transfer Pricing Operations Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end Group transfer pricing (TP) activities, ensuring TP rates are aligned with the group’s TP policy.
• Monitor profit levels, Manage TP setting process, adjust margins, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize overall tax and financial reporting and ensure accurate implementation of TP policies.
• Manage and support the global TP documentation process (including the validation of function and risk profiles of the units and financial analysis).
• Support tax and finance department on various projects (e.g., provide financial analysis), M&A integration activities, and tax/TP audits.

Automation and Technology Integration:

• Take a central role in designing, implementing and managing a new global transfer pricing tool, working with IT, finance, Finance Operations and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
• Drive operational efficiency by identifying inefficiencies in current processes and recommending best practices to streamline workflows.
• Manage the project timeline testing, training, and documentation during the tool's rollout, and monitor ongoing system performance to ensure it meets evolving business needs.
• Contribute to the accuracy and quality of data used in transfer pricing processes by collaborating with internal teams to validate data and prepare for system integration.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance, Business, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Experience: 5 years in finance, FP&A, or transfer pricing; experience in implementing technology solutions in a financial context is highly advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Experience with transfer pricing and tax is an advantage but not required. Familiarity with ERP systems, TP tools, and data management tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) is preferred.
• Project Management: Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects, particularly in a global, multi-departmental setting.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluent in English and Hebrew (verbal and written).
