We seek a visionary and accomplished Data Science / Generative AI Practice Lead.

What will your job look like?

• Lead the Data Science and Generative AI practice, setting strategic direction and driving innovation.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for integrating generative AI and Machine learning solutions across various business units.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Provide technical leadership in data science, machine learning, and generative AI projects.
• Stay updated on the latest AI, machine learning, and data science advancements to ensure the team uses cutting-edge techniques and tools.
• Guide the development and deployment of AI models, ensuring they meet high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Act as a bridge between Customers, executive leadership, and technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
• Regularly engaging with customers and prospects to comprehend their needs and expectations. Providing pre-sales support to the sales team using expertise in data science and AI to attract potential clients.
• Present complex data and AI-driven insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where data science and AI can add value to the business.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data science and AI projects, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
  
  

• Strong academic record focusing on machine learning, AI, and data analytics.
• Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field- significant advantage
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science and AI roles, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Extensive experience applying machine learning and Generative AI to real-world business problems, particularly in enhancing customer engagement and delivering customer-focused solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Proficiency in Python programming (advantage C#).
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of data processing and visualization tools like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of large-scale language models and their associated framework (RAG system, LangChain, advantage huggingFace models)
• Experience with cloud – AWS, Nvidia, Azure - at least one.
