Road Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in road and railway construction projects to drive our business development and manage sales in Israel.

What you do:

• Develop business partnerships to scale the market in Israeli infrastructure industry, developing new/existing markets and executing sales business program.
• Build and manage relevant projects pipeline.
• Implement our solution from initial planning and execution to follow-up activities to deepen sales proficiency.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and corresponding case study and testimonials.
• Promote strategic customer retention for returning business opportunities.

Who you are:

• Civil engineer – a must.
• Project manager for road/highway/motorway/pavements – a must.
• You have a proven track record of collaboration with construction companies, contractors, supervisors, engineering firms, project managers, government authorities etc.
• You understand the cost structure of infrastructure projects and can identify where our solution provides greatest value.
• A deal closer – you are invested in the process building, but first and foremost you are making things happen.
• A marathon runner – you have experience with long-term deal closure cycle and know how to establish and accomplish long-term goals.

Other:

• Full working proficiency of English language + fluent Hebrew.
• Ready to hit the ground and visit sites personally in about 80% of your position scope.
