We are looking for a IT Engineer to join us.

Role Description (What would you be doing?)

Handle daily IT support activities and assistance on laptop/desktop support
Handle and maintain information and security systems
Point of contact for any issues within the locations. Coordinate with respective support to resolve the issues
This position requires excellent customer service, communication, and customer relationship skills

Requirements:

At least 1 year Proven Experience as PC Technician
Experience in laptop/desktop imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting
Extensive experience installing, managing and maintaining End Point security tools
Familiarity with Networking products, Managing remote workstations, Knowledge of Security protocol, Encryption tools
Familiarity with Mac OS X, Windows, Linux
Experience in writing scripts is an advantage
CCNA / MCSA / MCITP is an advantage
Proficient in working with Microsoft Intune/Kandji or another MDM tools is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
