CRM Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative and results-driven superstar, who will be our next Retention Marketing Manager.

This role's main responsibilities are planning and creating multi-channel online marketing campaigns that build brand trust, loyalty, engagement, and profitability.

This role involves developing and implementing business strategies, optimizing commercial operations, and ensuring the alignment of commercial practices with the company's goals

What you'll be doing:

• Developing and executing commercial strategies to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
• Developing and managing both mass market and segmented marketing campaigns for existing players, while utilizing various channels & marketing tools
• Boosting retention and increasing player lifetime value & profitability
• Collaborating with designers, copywriters, HTML & web developers, and operational services to create compelling campaigns and messaging.
• Spearheaded innovative marketing projects from ideation to execution that deepen player engagement, loyalty, and brand satisfaction.
• Constantly monitoring KPI results, analyzing marketing campaigns and optimizing to improve performance.
• Monitoring competitors' product offerings, promotions, and marketing strategies

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience in CRM or similar marketing role with proven experience in developing and implementing successful retention strategies (Must)
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills and familiarity with Excel.
• You are independent, have a “can-do” approach, and have a hunger for learning
• High-level English – written and spoken
