Junior Product Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to take a part in shaping some of our core products. In this role, you will take ownership over day-to-day product tasks, working closley with development team, Product designers and other stalkholders.

This position requires proven product management experience ranging from roadmap planning, detailed product and feature requirements and agile work items .

Responsibilities:

· Implementation of the product's strategy and vision, and make sure it's aligned with the company's overall objectives and market trends in the defense intelligence industry.

· Market research: work closly with sales & marketing departmant tp analise and identify market trends, competitive landscape, product market fit, and customer needs.

· Product roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on company's proiritization, customer feedback, and market opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals and resources.

· Product ownership: Lead cross-functional agile team through the product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, and launch, while maintaining focus on quality and timeliness.

· Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centered design principles are integrated into product development.

· Work alongside front-end and back-end engineering teams to bring seamless and technically sound products to life.

· Drive product research, synthesizing user insights into actionable product requirements, user stories, and product specifications.

· Analyze key metrics to guide future product development and improve existing offerings.

· Minimum of 2 years of product management experience.

· Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and drive consensus among stakeholders.

· Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment, quickly adapting to new challenges and finding innovative solutions.

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· A creative thinker who stays up-to-date on emerging research and industry trends, always considering the risks and benefits of new technologies.

· Fluent English - must.
