דרוש/ה - אחראי/ת גיוס ופיתוח משאבים במרכז חוסידמן לנוער שוחר מדע

תיאור התפקיד:

א. בנייה, פיתוח ויישום אסטרטגיות גיוס תרומות בארץ עבור מרכז חוסידמן לנוער שוחר מדע בהנחיית סגן הנשיא לקשרי חוץ ופיתוח משאבים.

ב. איתור, זיהוי וגיוס מקורות מימון חדשים, תורמים פרטיים, חברות וקרנות.

ג. קיום קשר והתעדכנות עם תורמים קיימים וחדשים לפיתוח קשרים עתידיים.

ד. ייזום ביקורים ופגישות, הצגת פעילות המרכז לגיוס משאבים ושיתופי פעולה.

ה. אחריות על כתיבת כרטיסי פרויקט לשותפים או תורמים, הצעות לפרויקטים ולתוכניות וכו'.

ו. ריכוז וניתוח נתוני תרומות והכנסות, עדכון מאגרי מידע. הכנת דוחות סטטיסטיים להצלחות ותובנות מנתוני גיוס.

דרישות התפקיד:

א. תואר אקדמי.

ב. ניסיון של שנתיים בתחומים רלוונטיים.

ג. ניסיון עבודה בגיוס ופיתוח משאבים.

ד. בעל/ת רישיון נהיגה ורכב.

ה. שליטה בשפה האנגלית ברמה טובה מאוד.

Resource Development and Recruitment Coordinator

Hussidman Center for Youth Excellence in Science

Job Description:

1. Developing, implementing, and applying fundraising strategies within Israel for the Hussidman Center for Youth Excellence in Science, under the guidance of the Vice President for External Affairs and Resource Development.
2. Identifying and securing new funding sources, including private donors, corporations, and foundations.
3. Maintaining relationships and communication with existing and potential donors to foster future connections.
4. Initiating visits and meetings, presenting the center's activities to attract resources and collaborations.
5. Preparing project descriptions, proposals for initiatives, and program plans for partners or donors.
6. Managing and analyzing donation and income data, updating databases, and preparing statistical reports to evaluate success and gain insights from fundraising data.
7. Performing additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.
8. Reporting to the Director of the Hussidman Center for Youth Excellence in Science.

Job Requirements:

1. Academic degree.
2. At least two years of experience in relevant fields.
3. Proven experience in fundraising and resource development.
4. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
5. Proficiency in English at a very high level.

Position Scope: Full-time (100%)
