We are hiring an Order Operations Specialist for RAD’s Commercial Support department.

Job description:

• Accept and manage orders from RAD’s customers worldwide.
• Correspond with local and global customers (via phone and email).
• Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Work on self-developed computerized systems.
• Partner with various cross-functional departments.

This is a full-time position located at RAD Headquarters in Ramat Hachayal, with the possibility of working from home once a week.

Job requirements:

• Academic Degree - a must
• Experience in commercial support – a must
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) – a must
• Additional languages – an advantage
• Logistic, import/export background – an advantage
• Service-oriented with great interpersonal skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to complete and follow-through on assignments promptly
• Team player & self- motivated
