Laboratory Planner

Job Description:

Management of analytical work planning in the laboratory:

• Full responsibility for planning and coordinating all laboratory activities with the supply chain and production.

•Responsibility for building and maintaining laboratory data to support activity planning, workload and resource calculations, as well as reporting metrics and supporting budgetaryplanning.

• Ongoing activity scheduling in collaboration with the supply chain, optimizing updates, and managing exceptions.

•Participation in the development and management of future planning tools in the laboratory as a system manager and SME, including responsibility for building and managing planninginformation infrastructure, standard times, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management

• Experience in an industrial plant

• Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in a GMP environment - advantage.

• Background in QC lab production planning – advantage.

• Familiarity and strong orientation with advanced planning systems.

• High proficiency in Excel.

• Experience with ERP systems –advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• High analytical skills with flexibility and creativity.

• High-level English proficiency.
