Product Owner

PassportCard is seeking a talented to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing and designing IT systems to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and documenting system requirements.
• System Design: Creating detailed specifications and designing systems that meet the identified requirements.
• Implementation Support: Assisting in the implementation of new systems and provide solutions to the end users.
• Support the R&D teams and develop system Documentation.
• Communication between the business and R&D teams to ensure clear communication.

Requirement

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
• Proven experience in writing detailed business and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in system design and analysis tools.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork with abilities to communicate in a matrix organizational structure.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with insurance system and digital process-based systems - advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
