We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Team Lead to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of innovative solutions and to have a real impact on the company’s growth and success.

As a Full Stack Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing both frontend and backend development, and ensuring seamless collaboration across the team. You will also contribute hands-on to product development, while driving best practices and team efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of full stack developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in daily tasks and technical challenges.
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from design to implementation and delivery.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to the development of both frontend and backend components.
• Ensure code quality, best practices, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Promote a collaborative and innovative culture within the team.
• Act as a hands-on leader, working on development tasks while balancing leadership duties.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of development experience in full stack development.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Frontend technologies (Vue.js, React.js, etc.).
• Professional experience with Backend technologies (Node.js, Java, Python, etc.) is a plus.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Team Lead.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive technical discussions.
• Experience in an agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
