What You’ll Be Doing:
Demand Generation: execute and optimize demand generation strategies across paid media, organic channels, and email marketing to meet lead generation goals.
Campaign Management: create and manage targeted campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and generating high-quality leads.
Content creation: Develop and create compelling messaging and ad copy that drives engagement and action. Tailor content to the target audience at every stage of the prospect journey, ensuring alignment with demand generation goals and delivering value that resonates at each touchpoint.
Organic Growth: Drive sustainable inbound lead generation by leveraging SEO, content distribution, and organic search strategies to increase company's visibility and website traffic.
Marketing Automation: Create and execute targeted email campaigns, manage email lists, segment audiences, perform A/B testing, and monitor performance to optimize email engagement and conversion rates.
Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives.
Who you are:
- 3+ years of experience in creating, optimizing, and managing successful paid demand-generation campaigns or revenue marketing – MUST.
- Previous experience in content creation, crafting compelling messaging and ad copy that drive engagement and action – MUST.
- Previous experience in Marketing Automation and email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear insights.
- Excellent communication and content writing skills, with native-level English, both written and spoken.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and aims to make a significant impact, independent, fast learner, and enthusiastic. A creative approach to developing marketing strategies.
