R&D Project Manager

As an R&D Project Manager, you’ll lead the planning and execution of software projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time and within scope. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, manage risks, improve processes, and keep everyone aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, including task breakdown, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Drive cross-functional project teams, building collaboration and alignment with team leaders and stakeholders without formal reporting lines.
• Monitor project progress and track milestones.
• Guide and support various processes within the organization.
• Address any issues, risks, or obstacles that arise during development.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Provide regular project status updates.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Create post-project reports to document lessons learned and best practices.
• Improve and implement project management tools and systems for development managers.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience as a Project Manager in software development.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
• Effective leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices.
