Research and Development Project Manager

Major Responsibilities

• Oversees strategic plan, monitoring and adapting as needed
• Creates and maintain project plans
• Identifies and resolves issues and risks
• Implements change practices
• Planning and monitor the project
• Lead meetings and set expectations for project team
• Reporting on projects to the client or senior stakeholders on progress
• Lead agile teams and implement agile methodology

Desired Background

• Bachelor’s degree required; masters preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in project management
• 3 years of R&D background
• Experience in Agile teams
• Proven leadership skills
• Expertise in conflict resolution
• Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
• Experience with Atlassian's Jira/Confluence
