The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader to manage our team of Media Buyers in creating, tracking and optimizing affiliate campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll require strategic oversight, team leadership, and a deep understanding of affiliate marketing.

You will be responsible for guiding the team to execute high-performing Ad campaigns across various traffic sources, ensuring alignment with business objectives while driving growth and scalability. As the leader of this team, you will focus on setting strategic direction, monitoring performance metrics, and creating an environment of collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Media Buyers working on affiliate campaigns to achieve performance goals.
• Design, execute, and optimize strategic ad campaigns for affiliate networks.
• Oversee the selection and optimization of high-potential offers in collaboration with affiliate networks to exceed objectives.
• Analyze and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as CR, ROI%, and CPA, driving team efforts to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop relationships with affiliate networks to maximize campaign scalability and impact.
• Analyze performance trends, derive actionable insights, and develop a comprehensive strategic growth plan to optimize results and drive sustained success.
• Cultivate a team culture that emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and a focus on achieving exceptional results, while defining and tracking team goals and performance metrics.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, offering insights and recommendations for growth.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the ad-tech industry, specializing in affiliate marketing or search arbitrage.
• Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and collaboration abilities.
• Proven track record of leading teams in campaign management, optimization, and scaling.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in interpreting performance data and making data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of tracking technologies, such as pixel implementation and server-to-server tracking, as well as campaign management platforms.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
