Targeta, a company in its early stages specializing in price comparison for car repairs in the U.S., is seeking a talented sales representative with strong persuasion skills to handle hot leads and work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Job Requirements

• Native English proficiency: Fluent speaking, reading, and writing (first language).
• Strong English literacy: Excellent reading and writing skills.
• Full-time position during evening hours: Work hours are tailored to the U.S. market.
• Sales experience: Significant advantage for experience in phone sales or handling hot leads.
• Strong persuasion skills: Ability to conduct effective conversations and guide clients to decisions.
• Responsibility and organization: Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting goals.
• High learning ability: Openness to learning new fields and quickly adapting to tools and work systems.
• Self-management skills: Strong discipline to meet targets and work independently while adhering to deadlines.
• High motivation for success: Passion to grow and excel in a meaningful role.
• Technical aptitude: Familiarity with CRM systems and technological tools for lead management (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
