We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of cutting-edge data products. This role will oversee a squad, managing people in a matrix environment, and requires strong leadership skills to influence without direct authority.

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
Define the product roadmap, aligning short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals to drive growth and innovation.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and optimize data systems, ensuring robust infrastructure and scalable solutions.
Partner with analytics, data science, and UX/UI teams to create user-centric, market-ready products.
Work closely with external clients to gather insights, define needs, and deliver impactful solutions.
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, telling the story of how our products deliver value.
Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance, define KPIs, and refine products for maximum impact.
Build and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring adoption and success.

Requirements

Experience: At least 5 years in product management, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven products to market.
Data Expertise: Experience building products involving analytics, data engineering, and data science; familiarity with data systems and infrastructures.
Technical Background: A strong understanding of data concepts, technical infrastructures, and system architecture; prior hands-on experience in a technical field is a plus.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, inspire stakeholders, and drive alignment.
Customer Focus: Experience working with external clients, gathering insights, and delivering tailored solutions.
Strategic Thinking: Skilled in roadmap development, storytelling, and end-to-end product leadership.
UX/UI Collaboration: Hands-on involvement in designing user experiences that drive adoption and engagement.
Analytics: Proficiency with analytics tools and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and influence outcomes.
