What You’ll Do:

• Warehouse Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including updating shipment systems, processing new deliveries, and ensuring smooth workflows.
• Order Oversight: Manage daily orders, track shipments, prioritize tasks, and address logistical challenges efficiently.
• Shipment Coordination: Handle website orders and coordinate deliveries to stores and customers.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, manage shortages, oversee returns, damaged items, and handle procedures effectively.
• Process Optimization: Develop efficient shipping processes for store and customer deliveries.
• Supplier Communication: Work directly with suppliers and warehouse teams abroad to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Inventory Management Systems: Utilize inventory management systems to synchronize stock levels with online platforms and ensure accurate reporting.
• Operational Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on shipping payments, stock levels, and process efficiency to support decision-making.
• Documentation: Write and update process documentation and specifications to improve workflow consistency.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various departments within the company, including customer service, sales, and marketing teams, to ensure smooth operational processes and effective communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience with E-Commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento is a plus.
• Web Knowledge: Familiarity with web technologies and integrations is an advantage.
• Attention to Detail: Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
