Level Designer

A large and successful global company needs an experienced Level Designer for a fascinating position.

Full time position in Herzliya, excellent conditions, combination with hybrid work.

Responsibilities:

• Create & game design levels for our game, focusing on maximizing user experience

• Implement and follow a methodology, hands-on for assessing, re-balancing, review and tune new and existing levels to improve levels’ performance KPIs

• Represent LD team in projects surrounding level creation and new mechanics

• Challenge current LD guidelines and suggest improvements

• Remain up-to-date with Level Design best practices and be on top of industry trends

• Work closely with level QA, constantly improving level quality

• Ensure that our game is fun to play!

Requirements:

• Be passionate for any type of games, with advantage to mobile casual games

• Some knowledge in game design, and a known and successful match-3 game

• Knowledge of game balancing and pacing

• Deep understanding of level design concepts and ideas

• Great attention to details

• Be independent and proactive

• Team player
