Java Software Engineer

A global, publicly traded Big Data company developing advanced products in the Ad Tech domain, including one of the largest video advertising platforms in the U.S. This platform leverages machine learning models and LLMs to tailor advertisements to viewers in real time, handling massive scale challenges.

The company employs 900 people worldwide, with 200 in Israel, half of whom are in the R&D department.

Role Overview:

• The role involves Java server-side development as part of a team of 7 developers within the strategic Application Department.
• This team develops a product with significant business impact, responsible for a platform that enables advertisers to match users with the right messages, increase user engagement, and expand user exposure to client content.
• The role includes designing architecture and end-to-end development, from design to production deployment.
• Tech Stack: Java, AWS, MongoDB, SQL, GraphQL, Kubernetes, and more.

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5 years' experience in developing complex enterprise web applications and distributed systems in production.
• Deep understanding in Java programming (Spring Boot/Spring- A must!)
• Experience with designing and implementing architecture web systems
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases
• Experience in Node.JS (TypeScript, NestJS)- advantage!
