Job Description

We are looking for a Biz Ops Specialist – Connectors and Integrations to join our team and drive operational excellence in developing and managing integrations that connect WiseStamp to a variety of platforms and tools. This role will play a critical part in ensuring our product seamlessly integrates with key third-party systems, delivering a superior experience for our users and enabling the scaling of our operations.

Who You Are

• A strategic thinker with a knack for solving complex operational challenges.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products, APIs, and system integrations.
• 1-4 years of experience in a similar Biz Ops, product operations, or technical integrations role.
• Familiarity with API technologies and integration platforms.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven, with a proactive mindset to improve processes and workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
• Experience working in a SaaS environment is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development and optimization of connectors and integrations that link WiseStamp to various platforms (e.g., CRMs, email platforms, and productivity tools).
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and prioritize new integration opportunities.
• Ensure smooth implementation and ongoing performance of all integrations.
• Leveraging AI to drive value and efficiency in operations.
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to identify and resolve integration issues.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation and guides for integrations to support internal and external users.
• Analyze usage and performance metrics to recommend improvements and upgrades.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in integrations and SaaS connectors to identify opportunities for innovation.
